The team advises, originates, structures and executes bank loan and high yield bond financings for corporate clients and financial sponsors, refinancing transactions, M&A transactions and restructurings.
Investment Grade Capital Markets
The Debt Capital Markets team advises investment-grade rated corporations, financial institutions and governments on capital structure across debt products, helping clients access key sources of capital through the execution of debt financings.
Real Estate Finance
We provide financing and advisory services to clients across a wide range of real estate-related industries. These include real estate investment trusts (REITs), property development, hotels, shopping centres and offices.
Structured Finance
We work with clients to monetise assets and cash flows through non-recourse financing structures. Specifically, the group is responsible for originating, structuring and marketing highly structured transactions backed by a diverse set of assets, including domestic project finance assets, residential and commercial cash flows and auto loans.
Private Debt Capital Markets
The team assists lenders to finance growth in various businesses to diversify their portfolio. We aim to offer a superior yield differential as compared to cashflows offered from fixed income securities.
